Question
What's the release date on the Defender Series? Also, how is the case supposed to protect the phone if there is no screen over the spkrs and earpiece?
How exactly does the case protect the assets of the phone if there is no protection over the flash, camera, speaker, or earpiece. You say the case protects against dust. Although, if the case does not cover these parts, i find it hard to believe that it does. Can you please help clarify my concerns.

We have eliminated the small filters found in our earlier designs due to them being redundant. Most smartphones entering the market now have similar material built into the device itself.

Our cases are precision-fit to the device. Any other products that change the dimensions of the device would not be compatible with our cases.

We do not have plans to accommodate extended life batteries in the future.

Question
Does the screen protector "oil slick"
Does the screen protector integrated into this defender case create the unwanted "oil slick" appearance (a portion of the protector getting stuck to the screen, thus looking like a puddle of oil) like some of the earlier iPhone defender cases?

The case is relatively easy to install. We have installation instruction videos on OtterBox TV at:

http://www.youtube.com/otterboxtv

We don't have a video for the EVO specifically yet, however the installation is the same as other Defender Series cases.
